The states are now getting new ways of figuring out grants for the hospitals. The Bloomberg Business posted an article today about hospitals getting new grants and how they have to go about getting them. "Awards of as much as $11.5 million are available to hospitals that demonstrate “meaningful use” of the equipment, under preliminary rules issued yesterday by the Obama administration," The Bloomberg Businessweek.
Maybe Canadians could get higher grants. Americans don't have the best health-care to begin with, so this is a big step for them. Something to think about.
